Information/ private..

Economist Nabil Jabbar explained, on Sunday, the important files that the Sudanese government of Mohammed Shia seeks to add in the 2023 budget, while he stressed that

the Sudanese are trying to gradually move to balancing "programs and performance".

"The Sudanese government is seeking to add the National Development Fund in the next budget for 2023 by deducting part of the oil revenues in favor of this fund, which is expected to be about 5 billion dollars or 5 trillion dinars, "Jabbar told The Information Agency.  He added that

"what distinguishes this fund is its removal from the hands of state institutions and government ministries, and

it is a tool for financing the private sector to implement development projects instead of external borrowing," noting that

"the Sudanese are trying to focus on the implementation of referred projects, especially those projects whose completion rate has reached 70% or more.  The Economist explained that

"the prime minister is trying to gradually move to balancing (programs and performance) as an alternative to the previous method of preparing budgets," considering

"talking about the immediate transition to balancing programs is unrealistic".

The deputy of the state of Law coalition bloc, Mohammed Al-Shammari, called on Sunday, the government to the need to complete the 2023 budget and submit it to Parliament this month, indicating that

the approval of the budget by the end of this year will contribute to organizing the work of the government platform at the Times set by the Sudanese.
